Wine is the heart of our Boutique Vinothek - a cultural heritage which brings together Indulgence, Lifestyle and Experience.
At Gregor’s you will find a large assortment of carefully selected wines of various origins, grape varieties and wine maker styles. All of our wines stand for excellent quality, real craftsmanship as well as an elegant and harmonic structure.
At our Vinothek we have created a unique ambience which allows you to escape the daily routine with your friends, family or business partners - while enjoying good conversations, special wines and appetizers.
The Boutique Vinotheque
The boutique Vinothek in Frankfurt’s prime location combines wine buying with wine enjoyment. Atmospherically, a world of handcrafted materials is created with fine details, which takes up the basic concept of wine production and transfers it into the space.
OUR WINE CULTURE
The wines we offer are the center of our philosophy. We see the character of each wine as a unique product of the vineyard, climate and craftsmanship.
VINEYARD
Is the vine growing on shell limestone or granite soil? Is it facing north or south? What is the altitude of the vineyard?… We can taste all of these factors and many more in each glas of wine.
WINE MAKER
The philosophy, craftsmanship and experience of each wine maker determine how the conditions of the vineyard and climate are expressed into the glas and how the harmony between aroma, acidity, tannins and minimality is unfolding.
CLIMATE
What is the difference in temperature between day- and night time? What is the humidity level? How long is the sunshine duration? How is the rainfall distributed throughout the year?…

WINE IS MY ENTIRE LIFE - MY EDUCATION, MY PROFESSION AND MY PERSONAL PASSION.
I have dedicated the last two decades of my life entirely to the wine world. It all started with an apprenticeship at the wineries Robert Weil and Schloss Vollrads where I learned the art of wine making. This time really had a lasting effect on me and I moved on to study enology and viticulture in Vienna. Wine also quickly turned into my profession - I have been part of the international wine handling for many years where lastly I designed and managed a unique wine store in the Nordend part of Frankfurt over five years.
And now it’s time for the next step - I always had a dream to leave a personal trail in the wine world with my philosophy and this is what the brand Gregor’s stands for!
WINE SELECTION
On our wine menu you will find a selection of wines by the glass as well as small appetizers. In addition, you can enjoy every wine bottle from our shelf assortment at our Vinothek.
We keep the selection of wine by the glass dynamic and regularly change the offering so that you can always try new things. Please visit us at our Boutique Vinothek for the current wine menu.

YOUR EVENT WITH US
Our Vinothek is the perfect location for larger groups to spend a relaxed and entertaining evening in a business or private setting.
